Her Social Enterprise, Shiatsu Connects, works with organisations and community groups delivering a range of affordable, accessible Self-Care in Difficult Times workshops to staff teams, and diverse groups including young people, those experiencing mental health issues and drug and alcohol recovery.

Before moving to Edinburgh, Jenny lived as a full time resident volunteer on Holy Isle for four years. This was where she was living when she completed her training with the Glasgow School of Shiatsu. She began to offer treatments to guests who came to the island seeking retreat, relaxation, and exploration of themselves and their body-mind.

Jenny’s main meditation teacher is Tsoknyi Rinpoche. His teachings and practices have a strong emphasis on the body. She has trained within the somatic practices of the Dharma Ocean tradition. Whilst living on Holy Isle, she received training from Rob Nairn and the Mindfulness Association. She has a Post Graduate Certificate in Emotional Education (Derby University).
